These Terms and Conditions govern your use of wearkera.com and any purchase of goods made through this website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or place an order. The website is owned and operated by Khalid Khan, trading as K•ΣRA.

By placing an order through this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product photography and imagery are provided for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we endeavour to represent our products as accurately as possible, colours and textures may appear differently across different screens and devices.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the website at the time your order is submitted. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

The submission of an order through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the relevant goods subject to these Terms and Conditions. A contract between us is formed only upon our confirmation of your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where goods are unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, any payment taken will be fully refunded.

Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Limited. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three to five working days of receipt of payment. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Free delivery within the United Kingdom is available on all orders exceeding one hundred pounds. International delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive your goods, without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at privacy@wearkera.com within the 14 day cancellation period, clearly stating your name, order number, and intention to cancel.

Following notification of cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and packaging intact. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except where the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched, in which case we will arrange and cover the cost of collection or return. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or do not correspond to your order, you must notify us at privacy@wearkera.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or a full refund including any return postage costs, at our discretion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the K•ΣRA name, logo, brand identity, product designs, photography, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of K•ΣRA and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used in any form without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K•ΣRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or the purchase of goods from us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order shall apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review these terms before placing each order.
