Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back as we expand our delivery network.

All orders are dispatched within three to five working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes two to four working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. K•ΣRA shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders over £100. Orders below £100 are subject to a standard delivery charge which will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Where available, a tracking reference will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. K•ΣRA is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected following failed delivery attempts.
